Full Automatic OPP HOT Melt Glue Labeling Machine
Safety part of the machine
Operator safety is ensured by closing the protective doors while the machine is running.
An alarm should be set to notify the operator when the label is about to run out and needs to be changed.
If there is a shortage of bottles, the machine will stop and sound an alarm. Once the bottles are replenished, the machine will automatically restart to facilitate uninterrupted online production.
An alarm is triggered in case of labeling errors, ensuring control over the quality of labeling.
The machine will halt production if the pressure fails to meet the equipment requirements, preventing the production of faulty products.
In case the vacuum does not meet the equipment requirements, the machine will stop operating to prevent the production of defective products.
If the temperature fails to meet the equipment requirements, the machine will stop functioning to prevent the production of substandard products.
