Carbonated beverage filling machine could be separated to 3 modules. The height of the bottle-out conveyor is adjustable. Bottles are conveyed to rinser, filler and capper through starwheel and conveyed out finally through bottle-out conveyor. Equip alarm device for bottle block, bottle absence, cap absence and overload. The machine meets the national food hygienic standard, with high automation and easy to operate.

Adopt technology of air conveyor direct connect with bottle infeed starwheel and neck handling technology to convey bottles.
High speed filling line adopts bottle gripper conveying technology. It is free to changer over bottle size and the working table inside the machine is more laconic.
By 3-in-1 monoblock, the bottle goes through rinsing, filling and capping with little abrasion, and the transferring is stable, bottle changing is easier.
Specially designed stainless steel bottle gripper dose not contact the thread parts of the bottle neck, avoiding the second contamination.
Pressure liquid carousel. High speed line adopts annular liquid carousel.
High speed and mass flow filling valve enssures the high filling speed and exact fluid level.
Parts contacting liquid are all made of excellent stainless steel or food grade engineering plastic. The electric system is from international brand and achieves the national food hygienic standard.
The bottle-out starwheel is helical structure. While changing over bottle size, it is no need to adjust bottle-out conveyor height.
3-in-1 monobloc is composed of rinser, filler, capper, machine base, covering windowns, main motor and transmission system, cap unscrambler and electric control system, etc.
The overturning device of the rinser is mainly composed of water distributor, bottle gripper, upper rotary tray, guide trackl, protection cover, water spraying device and water collection tray.
Filling device is mainly composed of filling carousel, filling valves, guide track, elevation device, elevating device, and bottle blocking device, etc.
Capping device is composed of cap unscrambler, cap falling chute and capper.
The auxiliary (or optional) equipment include rinsing water recycle tank, bottle-in air conveyor and bottle-out conveyor. In addition, the manual bottle feeding table (or bottle unscrambler) and automatic cap elevator can be equipped according to customer requirement.

Outside mounted long-tube filling valve adopts CO2 to replace air in the PET bottle to ensure low oxygen pickup.
As the spraying nozzle could elevate, so the bottle could be cleaned completely. At the same time, the rinsing water is saved.
Adopt direct connect with air conveyor bottle feeding technology and bottle neck holding conveying technology. It is very easy to change various bottle size.
The liquid level and pressure of filling carousel are controlled by simulation level probe and precise adjusting valve separately.
The filling carousel equips CO2 compensation device to ensure pressure stability and high-purity CO2 back pressure.
Before the capper, the high-pressure foam stipulator is equipped to lower the air to minimum in the bottle neck.
Equip centralized lubrication system to do automatic lubrication for all lubrication points. It is very convenient for operation and maintenance.
